The present invention relates to a moisturizing cosmetic composition for sensitive skin. The composition has a weakly acidic liquid crystal emulsion formulation which contains carrot extract oil and phytosterol as a main ingredient and a skin lipid component for enhancing skin barrier function as an auxiliary ingredient, as active ingredients for alleviating sensitive skin symptoms. The moisturizing cosmetic composition for sensitive skin according to the present invention can alleviate symptoms such as itching, burning, stinging, and pulling, which are felt as subjective symptoms without any special symptoms, and can alleviate symptoms such as erythema, redness, keratinization, and dryness, which are visible symptoms. Also, the composition can alleviate symptoms accompanying various dermatitis such as atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, irritant or allergic contact dermatitis, and rosacea-like dermatitis. Therefore, the composition can provide an excellent effect as an adjuvant for moisturizing cosmetics and medicines. 본 발명은 민감성 피부를 위한 보습 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 민감성 피부 증상 개선용 유효성분으로써 당근추출오일 및 피토스테롤을 주성분으로 함유하며 피부장벽기능 향상용 피부지질성분을 보조성분으로 함유하는 약산성 액정유화 제형을 가지며, 본 발명에 따른 민감성 피부용 보습 화장료 조성물은 특별한 증상 없이 주관적인 자각 증상으로 느끼는 가려움, 화끈거림, 따끔따금함, 당김 등의 증상을 개선할 수 있고, 외관상 눈에 띄는 증상으로 홍반, 홍조, 각질, 건조 등의 증상을 개선할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 아토피피부염, 지루성 피부염, 자극성 또는 알러지성 접촉피부염, 주사 등 다양한 피부염을 수반하는 경우의 증상을 개선할 수 있어서, 보습 화장품 및 의약용 치료제의 보조제로서 좋은 효과를 줄 수 있다.
