Summary: | The present invention relates to a drying apparatus for a device external electrode forming system, which comprises: a plurality of conveyors placed in a vertical direction while leaving a distance therebetween; heating units provided at an upper side of each of the conveyors to dry a workpiece moving through the conveyors; a casing covering the conveyors and the heating units; and a workpiece supply unit installed next to the conveyors, and individually supplying the workpiece to the conveyors while vertically moving. According to the present invention, elements arranged on the workpiece can be uniformly heated and dried, and further, in a process of drying the elements arranged on the workpiece, the drying apparatus prevents the elements from being left. Moreover, drying efficiency of the elements arranged on the workpiece can be improved.
본 발명은 소자의 외부전극 형성시스템의 건조장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 수직 방향으로 서로 간격을 두고 위치하는 복수 개의 컨베이어들; 상기 컨베이어들의 각 상측에 구비되어 컨베이어를 통해 이동하는 작업대상물을 건조시키는 히팅유닛들; 상기 컨베이어들과 히팅유닛들을 커버하는 케이싱; 상기 컨베이어들 옆에 설치되며, 상하로 움직이면서 작업대상물을 컨베이어들에 각각 공급하는 작업대상물공급유닛;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 작업대상물에 배열된 소자들을 균일하게 가열 건조시키고, 또한 작업대상물에 배열된 소자들을 건조시키는 과정에서 소자들이 이탈되는 것을 방지하고, 작업대상물에 배열된 소자들의 건조 효율을 높이게 된다. |
