Disclosed is a strap tightening apparatus which allows a user to simply wind and unwind a strap without requiring a large force. The strap tightening apparatus comprises: a housing whose upper surface is opened; a spool which is rotatably arranged in the housing, has an annular plane shape, winds a strap when rotating in a first direction, and unwinds a strap when rotating in a second direction; a rotary handle arranged above the housing to cover the opened upper surface of the housing, and rotatably coupled to the housing; a rotary switching button which has a pillar or a pin shape, vertically penetrates the center of an upper surface of the rotary handle to be lifted and lowered to connect an upper end thereof to the rotary handle to be rotated with the rotary handle, and couples a lower end thereof to the spool to rotate the spool when being rotated with the rotary handle in the first direction; an elastic spring which is arranged below the rotary switching button to press the rotary switching button towards the rotary handle, contracts when a pressure is applied to the rotary switching button to descend, and is restored when the pressure is removed from the rotary switching button; and a decoupling means which is arranged in the housing to be positioned below the rotary switching button, is connected to the rotary switching button to decouple the rotary switching button and the spool when the rotary switching button ascends after descending by a button pressing operation for pressing the rotary switching button, and is separated from the rotary switching button by a rotation start operation for starting the rotation of the rotary switching button to allow the rotary switching button and the spool to return to a coupled state. 끈 조임 장치가 개시된다. 상기 끈 조임 장치는 상면이 개방된 하우징; 상기 하우징의 내부에 회전 가능하게 배치되고, 평면 형상이 고리 형상이고, 제1 방향으로 회전하면 끈을 감고, 제2 방향으로 회전하면 끈을 풀도록 구성된 스풀; 상기 하우징의 개방된 상면을 덮도록 상기 하우징 위에 배치되고, 회전 가능하도록 상기 하우징과 결합된 회전손잡이; 기둥 또는 핀 형태이고, 상승 및 하강이 가능하게 상기 회전손잡이의 상면 중심부를 수직으로 관통하여 상기 회전손잡이와 함께 회전 가능하게 상단부가 상기 회전손잡이와 연결되고, 상기 제1 방향으로 상기 회전손잡이와 함께 회전될 때 상기 스풀을 회전시킬 수 있도록 하단부가 상기 스풀에 커플링되어 있는 회전전환버튼; 상기 회전전환버튼의 아래에 배치되어 상기 회전전환버튼을 상기 회전손잡이 방향으로 가압하고 있고, 상기 회전전환버튼에 압력이 작용하여 하강하면 수축하고 상기 회전전환버튼에 압력이 해제되면 복원되는 탄성스프링; 및 상기 회전전환버튼의 아래에 위치하도록 상기 하우징 내에 구비되고, 상기 회전전환버튼을 누르는 버튼누름동작에 의해 상기 회전전환버튼이 하강 후 상승할 때 회전전환버튼과 연결되어 상기 회전전환버튼 및 스풀의 커플링이 해제되도록 하고, 상기 회전전환버튼의 회전을 시작하는 회전시작동작에 의해 회전전환버튼과 이격되어 상기 회전전환버튼이 스풀과 커플링된 상태로 복귀 가능하도록 하는 커플링 해제수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
