The present invention relates to a water purification block for an artificial wetland and a structure using the same. The water purification block for an artificial wetland of the present invention comprises: a block body (10) having a hexahedral shape while being made of a concrete material, having a cartridge insertion hole (11) vertically penetrated at a center thereof, and having a water inflow hole (12) communicating with the cartridge insertion hole (11) on a side wall surface; and a cartridge (20) consisting of a case (21) inserted into the cartridge insertion hole (11) in a vertical direction to be detachably installed in the block body (10), and filter media (22) filled in the case (21) and manufactured to include a useful microorganism culture solution. The structure of the present invention includes a connection member (30) for connecting a plurality of block bodies (10). According to the present invention, a cartridge insertion hole vertically penetrated is formed in a block body of a hexahedral shape, and a cartridge including a useful microorganism culture solution is detachably installed in the cartridge insertion hole in a vertical direction. In addition, a flowing water inflow hole communicating with the cartridge insertion hole is formed on a surface of the block body, and thus flowing water is supplied to the cartridge to purify water. Meanwhile, replacement of the cartridge is conveniently performed to smoothly maintain a water purification function of an artificial wetland embankment. 본 발명은 인공습지용 수질정화 블록 및 이를 이용한 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 인공습지용 수질정화 블록은, 콘크리트 재질을 취하면서 육면체 형태를 취하되, 중앙에는 상하로 관통된 카트리지삽입홀(11)이 형성되어 있으며, 측벽면에는 상기 카트리지삽입홀(11)과 연통되는 유수유입홀(12)이 형성되어 있는 블록체(10)와; 상기 카트리지삽입홀(11)에 수직 방향으로 끼워져 블록체(10)에 착탈식으로 설치되는 케이스(21)와, 상기 케이스(21) 내부에 충진되며 유용미생물 배양액이 포함되어 제조된 여재(22)로 구성된 카트리지(20);를 포함하여 구성되며, 본 발명의 구조물은 다수의 블록체(10)들을 연결하는 연결부재(30)를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해, 육면체 형상의 블록체에는 상하로 관통된 카트리지삽입홀이 형성되고, 카트리지삽입홀에 수직 방향으로 유용미생물 배양액이 포함된 카트리지가 착탈식으로 설치되며, 블록체 표면에는 카트리지삽입홀과 연통되는 유수유입홀이 형성됨으로써 유수는 카트리지로 공급되어 수질이 정화되는 한편, 카트리지의 교체가 간편하게 이루어져 인공습지 제방의 수질정화 기능 유지가 원할히 이루어질 수 있게 된다.
