Provided is an exhaust gas treatment device using a filter cloth, intended to uniformly take off sediments using compressed air at relatively low pressure. To this end, the exhaust gas treatment device comprises: the filter cloth (1) disposed in a treatment chamber (5) to which exhaust gas is introduced, and having a barrel-like shape to which a neutralizing agent capable of forming a neutralization reaction material by reacting with a reactive substance is attached to a surface; and an air supply part (4) pulse-supplying the compressed air from a nozzle (3) provided on an injector pipe (2) to an aperture part (11) on the barrel-like filter cloth (1) without interposing an object, so as to take off the neutralization reaction material detected on the surface of the barrel-like filter cloth (1). 비교적 저압의 압축공기를 사용하여, 퇴적물을 균등하게 털어낼 수 있도록 한 여과포를 이용한 배기가스 처리장치를 제공하는 것이다. 배기가스가 도입되는 처리실(5)에 배치되어, 반응성 물질과 반응하여 중화반응물질을 형성하는 중화제가 표면에 부착되는 통형상의 여과포(1)와, 이 통형상의 여과포(1)의 개구부(11)에 압축공기를 인젝터파이프(2)에 마련한 노즐(3)로부터, 물체를 개재시키지 않고 펄스적으로 공급함으로써 통형상의 여과포(1)의 표면에 포착된 중화반응물질을 털어내도록 한 공기공급부(4)를 구비한다.
