The present invention relates to a perpendicular light irradiating device including a perpendicular light lentivirus Cura. The characteristics of the present invention is to construct perpendicular light by using a function of the central region of a lenticular lens in which light of a light source vertically goes down. A perpendicular light source device of the present invention uses the perpendicular light collected by a lentivirus Cura. The present invention has an embodiment including the lentivirus Cura used in the perpendicular light irradiating device and constituting an opaque shield in a region other than a perpendicular light region of each lenticular lens.
