The present invention provides a measuring method determining device capable of determining a measuring method of a watt-hour meter of a customer without load power failure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the measuring method determining device comprises: a first measuring module measuring a power amount of the watt-hour meter corresponding to an object to be inspected by a first measuring method; a second measuring module measuring the power amount of the watt-hour meter by a second measuring method different from the first measuring method; and a calculation processing part comparing the power amount measured by the watt-hour meter with the power amount measured by the first and second measuring modules, and determining the measuring method of the watt-hour meter. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 계량 방식 판단 장치는 피검사 대상에 해당하는 전력량계의 전력량을 제1 계량 방식으로 계량하는 제1 계량 모듈; 상기 전력량계의 전력량을 상기 제1 계량 방식과 다른 제2 계량 방식으로 계량하는 제2 계량 모듈; 및 상기 전력량계에서 계량된 전력량과 상기 제1, 2 계량 모듈에서 계량된 전력량을 비교하여, 상기 전력량계의 계량 방식을 판단하는 연산 처리부; 를 포함할 수 있다.
