The present invention relates to a user walking generator which generates power while a user is walking or driving. Since the user walking generator generates power, the power can be supplied to a portable electronic device such that the portable electronic device can be supplied with power at the outside. A fluid container of the present invention may be selected from a group composed of a liquid pressure container, a pneumatic pressure container, a liquid pressure cylinder, a pneumatic pressure cylinder, a liquid pressure pump, a pneumatic pressure pump, a liquid pressure bladder, and a pneumatic pressure bladder. 사용자가 보행하고 있거나 또는 주행하고 있는 동안에 발전하는 장치에 관한 것으로 전력을 발생시킴으로써 휴대용 전자기기에 전력을 공급할 수 있기 때문에, 실외에서도 휴대용 전자기기의 전원 공급 문제를 해결해 줄 수 있는 효과가 있다.
