The present invention relates to a leg base for a mattress frame. The leg base (100) fastened to a lower portion of the mattress frame (10) to support the mattress frame (10) includes: a rotating unit (110) including a fastening part (113) fastened to the lower portion of the mattress frame (10); a body unit (120) rotatably connected to the rotating unit (110); and a length adjusting unit (130) connected to a lower portion of the body unit (120), wherein the rotating unit (110) has a first rotating part (111) having a vertical rotation shaft, and a second rotating part (112) connected to the first rotating part (111) and having a horizontal rotation shaft, and a bottom surface of the leg base (100) is separated from a floor by the length adjusting unit (130).
