The present application discloses an anti-α-syn antibody which preferentially recognizes α-syn aggregates. The antibody according to the present application binds to the α-syn aggregates with high affinity and specificity to inhibit accumulation thereof or intercellular communication thereof, and thus can be usefully employed in the detection, diagnosis, and/or treatment or prevention of various diseases caused by the accumulation of the α-syn aggregates. 본원은 α-Syn 응집체를 선호적으로 인식하는 항-α-Syn 항체를 개시한다. 본원에 따른 항체는 α-Syn 응집체에 높은 친화도 및 특이성으로 결합하여, 이의 축적 또는 이의 세포간 전달을 억제하여, α-Syn 응집체 축적으로 인한 다양한 질환의 검출, 진단 및/또는 치료 또는 예방에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
