The present invention relates to a smart sleeping manager and a smart sleeping management system including the same which comfortably maintain a sleeping environment of a user and analyze a sleeping state of the user to provide a notification if an abnormality exists in the sleeping state. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the smart sleeping manager comprises: a housing having a plurality of air intake holes on a lower portion thereof and a plurality of air vents on a middle portion thereof; a blowing module which is arranged on the lower portion of the housing and accelerates air entering through the plurality of air intake holes to discharge the air to the plurality of air vents; a sensor module which is arranged on an upper portion of the housing and senses information related to sleeping of a user; an analysis module to analyze a sleeping state of the user based on the information sensed by the sensor module; and an output module to output a notification if an abnormality exists in the sleeping state of the user based on an analysis result of the sleeping state of the user received from the analysis module. 본 발명은 사용자의 수면 환경을 쾌적하게 유지해주고, 사용자의 수면 상태를 분석하여 수면 상태에 이상이 있는 경우 알림을 제공하는 스마트 수면 관리기 및 이를 포함하는 스마트 수면 관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스마트 수면 관리기는, 하부에 복수의 흡기공이 구비되고, 중부에 복수의 통기공이 구비된 하우징, 하우징의 하부에 구비되고, 복수의 흡기공을 통해 유입된 공기를 가속하여 복수의 통기공으로 토출하는 송풍 모듈, 하우징의 상부에 구비되어, 사용자의 수면과 관련된 정보를 감지하는 센서 모듈, 센서 모듈에서 감지된 정보를 토대로 사용자의 수면 상태를 분석하는 분석 모듈 및 분석 모듈로부터 제공받은 사용자의 수면 상태 분석 결과를 토대로 사용자의 수면 상태에 이상이 있는 경우 알림을 출력하는 출력 모듈을 포함한다.
