The present invention relates to a device for promoting rehabilitation of a distal portion in connection with a hand exercise. The device comprises: a support stand (10); a grip part (40) which is connected to the support stand (10) while having a wrist rotation part (20) and a wrist bending part (30) disposed in therebetween, and includes a glove (45) grippable by a hand; and a control means which induces and detects tri-axial motions of the hand through the glove (45). Accordingly, the device is formed in a light-weight and compact structure that is convenient to carry around and store; and while being gripped by the hand, can induce a series of motions in a customized fashion for enhancing the muscle strength of an arm to improve performance of rehabilitation training. 본 발명은 손 운동과 연동하여 원위부의 재활을 유도하는 장치에 있어서: 지지대(10); 상기 지지대(10)에 손목회전부(20)와 손목굽힘부(30)를 개재하여 연결되고, 손으로 파지 가능한 글로브(45)를 구비하는 파지부(40); 및 상기 글로브(45)를 통한 손의 3축 모션을 유발하고 감지하는 제어수단;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 휴대와 보관이 용이하도록 경박단소한 구조로 형성되고 손으로 파지한 상태에서 팔의 근력 강화를 위한 일련의 모션을 맞춤형으로 유도하여 재활훈련의 성과를 향상하는 효과가 있다.
