An embodiment of the present invention provides an iris diagnosis system comprising a portable terminal having a camera unit for photographing an iris of a subject to be inspected, a display unit displaying the iris photographed by the camera unit and a questionnaire for investigating stress, and an operation unit formed to enable a user to fill in the questionnaire or manipulate photographing of the camera unit; and an iris photographing device mounted on the camera unit to be detachable, having an ocular for close-up photographing of the iris, and formed to allow the camera unit to photograph the irises of both eyes. According to the present invention, the portable terminal uses the iris photographing device, thereby enabling a user to photograph iris images of both eyes simultaneously, and allowing the iris images to be taken more precisely than a level necessary for iris diagnosis. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 홍채 진단 시스템은, 진단 대상자의 홍채 촬영이 가능한 카메라부, 상기 카메라부가 촬영한 홍채를 표시함과 아울러 스트레스 조사를 위한 설문지를 표시하는 디스플레이부, 및 상기 설문지를 작성하거나 상기 카메라부의 촬영을 조작하도록 형성된 조작부를 구비한 휴대용 단말기, 및 상기 카메라부에 탈부착 가능하게 장착되고 상기 홍채의 근접 확대 촬영을 위한 접안 렌즈가 구비되며 상기 카메라부가 양안(兩眼)의 홍채를 모두 촬영하도록 형성된 홍채 촬영 기구를 포함하는 홍채 진단 시스템을 제공한다. 따라서, 본 실시예에서는 상기 휴대용 단말기가 상기 홍채 촬영 기구를 이용함으로서, 상기 양안의 홍채 이미지를 동시에 촬영할 수 있으며, 상기 홍채 이미지도 홍채 진단에 필요한 수준 이상으로 정밀하게 촬영할 수 있다.
