Summary:The present invention relates to a small modular reactor (SMR) nuclear reactor system having improved cooling reliability. The SMR nuclear reactor system comprises: a nuclear reactor container; a reactor core located in the nuclear reactor container; a steam generator located in the nuclear reactor container, and located on the upper part of the reactor core; a cooling water tank located outside the nuclear reactor container, and receiving cooling water; and a cooling loop connected in a closed-loop form to the steam generator, and at least partially located in the cooling water of the cooling water tank. 본 발명은 냉각 신뢰도가 향상된 SMR 원자로 시스템에 관한 것으로, 원자로 용기; 상기 원자로 용기 내에 위치하는 노심; 상기 원자로 용기 내에 위치하며 상기 노심의 상부에 위치하는 증기발생기; 상기 원자로 용기 외부에 위치하며 냉각수를 수용하고 있는 냉각수조; 및 상기 증기발생기에 폐루프 형식으로 연결되어 있으며 적어도 일부가 상기 냉각수조의 냉각수 내에 위치하는 냉각루프를 포함한다.
