Summary:One embodiment of the present invention provides an organic light emitting element with improved luminous efficiency. The organic light emitting element comprises first and second electrodes arranged opposite to each other; first and second light emitting units arranged between the first and second electrodes; and a first charge generating layer arranged between the first and second light emitting units. The first light emitting unit includes a first blue light emitting layer. The second light emitting unit includes a red light emitting layer, a green light emitting layer, and a yellowish green light emitting layer sequentially disposed. 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 서로 대향 배치된 제1 전극과 제2 전극, 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 배치된 제1 발광부와 제2 발광부 및 상기 제1 발광부와 상기 제2 발광부 사이에 배치된 제1 전하 생성층을 포함하고, 상기 제1 발광부는 제1 청색 발광층을 포함하고, 상기 제2 발광부는 순차적으로 배치된 적색 발광층, 녹색 발광층 및 황록색 발광층을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자를 제공한다.
