The present invention relates to a relay device including a diagnosis function for a digital signal input circuit. The device includes: a diagnosis mode setting part connecting a second digital input terminal with a ground terminal based on whether a diagnosis mode setting signal is inputted or not; a diagnosis signal applying part receiving and applying a diagnosis signal to a first digital input terminal when diagnosing whether a digital signal input circuit is operated normally or not; and a diagnosis part diagnosing whether the digital signal input circuit is operated normally or not based on an input detection signal outputted from the digital signal input circuit with the second digital input terminal connected with the ground terminal and the first digital input terminal to which the diagnosis signal has been applied. As such, the present invention is capable of improving the accuracy and stability of a relaying function. 본 발명은 디지털 신호 입력 회로의 진단 기능을 구비한 계전 장치에 관한 것으로, 진단 모드 설정 신호의 입력 여부에 기초하여 제2 디지털 입력 단자를 접지 단자와 연결시키는 진단 모드 설정부, 디지털 신호 입력 회로의 정상 동작 여부를 진단 시 진단 신호를 입력받아 제1 디지털 입력 단자에 인가시키는 진단 신호 인가부 및 제2 디지털 입력 단자가 접지 단자와 연결되고 제1 디지털 입력 단자에 진단 신호가 인가된 디지털 신호 입력 회로로부터 출력되는 입력 감지 신호에 기초하여 디지털 신호 입력 회로의 정상 동작 여부를 진단하는 진단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
