The present invention relates to a bag sealing apparatus which includes: a rotary drum installed inside a frame to be rotatable; a main cutter installed on an edge surface of the rotary drum to seal recyclable waste in a bag; and a sub-sealing part sealing recyclable waste, flowing in the flowing direction of the air generated by the rotation of the rotary drum, in a bag. Unlike conventional technology, recyclable waste such as vinyl, which is scattered by the high-speed rotation of the main cutter and the rotary drum, is sealed in a bag, and thus, the present invention improves sealing efficiency and durability of a sub-cutter through fluids such as inhibited oil. 본 발명은 파봉장치에 관한 것으로, 프레임 내측에 회전 가능하게 구비되는 회전드럼, 회전드럼의 둘레면에 구비되어 유입되는 재활용 쓰레기를 파봉하는 메인커터, 및 회전드럼의 회전으로 인해 발생되는 공기의 흐름 방향으로 유동되는 재활용 쓰레기를 파봉하는 서브파봉부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 종래 기술과 달리 회전드럼과 메인커터의 고속 회전에 의해 비산되는 비닐류와 같은 재활용 쓰레기를 서브커터로써 파봉 처리함으로써 파봉 효율이 향상되고, 서브커터에 방청유 등 유체를 공급하여 서브커터의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
