Provided is a decomposition tool for a reactor control rod assembly. The decomposition tool for a reactor control rod assembly comprises: a case unit having a predetermined length and formed into a hollow shape; an inner shaft disposed in a hollow of the case unit; a drive tool disposed at an upper end of the case unit and lifting and rotating the inner shaft; a wrench unit disposed at a lower end of the case unit to be connected to a lower end of the inner shaft, the wrench unit disassembling and accommodating a lock nut provided on the control rod; and a spanner unit provided at a lower end of the wrench unit and fixed to the control rod. 본 발명은 원자로 제어봉 집합체용 분해공구를 제공한다. 상기 원자로 제어봉 집합체용 분해공구는 설정된 길이를 갖고 중공 형상으로 형성되는 케이스 부와; 상기 케이스 부의 중공에 배치되는 이너축과; 상기 케이스 부의 상단부에 배치되며, 상기 이너축을 승강 및 회전시키는 구동툴 부와; 상기 이너축의 하단에 연결되도록 상기 케이스 부의 하단부에 배치되며, 제어봉에 구비되는 잠금 너트를 분해 및 수용하는 렌치부; 및 상기 렌치부의 하단에 마련되며, 상기 제어봉에 고정되는 스패너 부를 포함한다.
