Summary:Disclosed are a dispenser control apparatus and a control method thereof, comprising: a motor fixedly disposed with a shaft rotating about a set shaft; an actuator coupled to the shaft and configured to move a target by a predetermined amount by performing predetermined movement in accordance with rotation of the shaft in one direction; a power supply unit for supplying power to operate the motor; and a control unit setting a predetermined reference power amount so that a power unit determines which the target is stuck when the power is supplied to the motor in excess of the reference power amount. 설정된 축을 기준으로 회전하는 샤프트를 포함하며 고정되어 배치된 모터; 상기 샤프트에 연결되어 상기 샤프트의 일방향 회전에 따라 설정된 움직임을 수행하여 대상체를 일정량 이동시킬 수 있도록 동작되는 엑츄에이터; 상기 모터가 동작되도록 전원을 공급하는 전원부; 기설정된 기준전원량이 설정되어 있어서, 상기 전원부가 상기 모터에 전원을 상기 기준전원량 이상의 전원이 공급되는 경우 대상체가 스턱(stuck)된 것으로 판단하는 제어부 를 포함하는 디스펜서 제어장치가 개시된다.
