The present invention relates to a gas regeneration system and a vessel having the same. The gas regeneration system according to the present invention comprises: a single vaporizer for regenerating liquefied gas stored in a liquefied gas storage tank through a heat source and supplying the same to a customer; and a plurality of heat source heat exchangers for supplying the heat source to a fruit. The plurality of heat source heat exchangers are connected in series to each other on a basis of a flow of heat and have the same heat source. 본 발명에 따른 가스 재기화 시스템은, 액화가스 저장탱크에 저장된 액화가스를 열매를 통해 재기화시켜 수요처로 공급하는 단 하나의 기화기; 및 상기 열매에 열원을 공급하는 복수 개의 열원 열교환기를 포함하며, 상기 복수 개의 열원 열교환기는, 상기 열매의 흐름을 기준으로 서로 직렬 연결되며, 동일한 열원을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
