Summary:The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing foreign matters (230) located at the top tube support plate (TSP) (222) of a steam generator (200) of a nuclear power plant, comprising: a handle portion (110) cooperated by moving forward and backward and rotating in left and right directions; a cable (120) connected to one end of the handle portion (110) and moving along with an operation direction of the handle portion (110); and a grip portion (130) connected to the other end of the cable (120), and provided with a plurality of blades (131) opened and closed in accordance with operation of the handle portion (110). 본 발명은 원자력 발전소의 증기발생기(200) 상부 TSP(222)에 위치한 이물질(230)을 제거하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로, 전, 후진과 좌우 회동으로 조작이 이루어지는 핸들부(110)와 상기 핸들부(110)와 일단이 연결되어 조작방향에 따라 함께 움직이는 케이블(120)과 상기 케이블(120)의 타단과 연결되며, 상기 핸들부(110)의 조작에 따라 개폐가 지는 복수개의 날개(131)가 구비된 그립부(130)를 포함한다.
