The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device. An organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a substrate in which a plurality of subpixels each having an organic light emitting device are defined; a multi-buffer layer on the substrate; a first protection member and a second protection member which are arranged on the multi-buffer layer; a first thin film transistor which is arranged on the first protection member and has an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; and a second thin film transistor which is arranged on the second protection member and has an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode. The first protection member overlaps with the active layer of the first thin film transistor, and comes in contact with one of the source and drain electrodes of the first thin film transistor.
