Provided is an apparatus for refining molten metal, which effectively removes a foreign substance such as gas, high steam pressure metal, an inclusion, or the like contained in molten metal to secure clean molten metal, and comprises: a crucible accommodating molten metal in which metal is molten; a raising unit installed in the crucible to raise the molten metal placed in a bottom portion of the crucible to an upper portion thereof; and a discharge pipe installed in and connected to the upper portion of the raising unit to discharge the raised molten metal to a surface. 용융 금속 중에 함유된 가스, 고증기압 금속, 개재물 등의 불순물을 효과적으로 제거하여 청정한 용탕을 확보할 수 있도록, 금속이 용융된 용탕을 수용하는 도가니, 상기 도가니 내에 설치되어 도가니 저부의 용탕을 상부로 끌어올리기 위한 상승부, 및 상기 상승부의 상부에 연결 설치되어 끌어올려진 용탕을 탕면으로 배출하는 배출관을 포함하는 용융 금속 정련 장치를 제공한다.
