Summary:The present invention relates to a method for preparing bone graft materials in which ceramic particles having a plurality of holes penetrating the entire particles are bound to hyaluronic acid and gelatin, and to the bone graft materials prepared by the method. According to the present invention, a hyaluronic acid-gelatin solution is mixed with the ceramic particles including the through-holes and crosslinked, and thus there is an effect of obtaining the bone graft materials having improved strength and excellent biocompatibility. In addition, the shape of a mold can be modified as desired, and the shape of the bone graft materials can be prepared to match the shape of a site to be treated, thereby providing convenience of the procedure. 본 발명은 입자 전체를 관통하는 홀(hole)이 복수로 형성된 세라믹 입자에 히알루론산 및 젤라틴이 결합된 골이식재를 제조하는 방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 골이식재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 히알루론산-젤라틴 용액을 관통 홀을 포함하는 세라믹 입자와 혼합한 뒤 가교시킴으로써, 강도가 향상되고 생체적합성이 우수한 골이식재를 얻을 수 있는 효과를 가진다. 또한, 몰드의 형상을 원하는 대로 변형하여, 골이식재의 형상을 시술 부위의 형태에 맞도록 제조할 수 있어 시술의 편의성을 제공하는 효과를 가진다.
