Provided is a method for preparing a carbon black powder, in a continuous reaction system in which a first zone, a second zone, a third zone and a fourth zone are sequentially connected, wherein the method comprises the following steps: injecting raw oil, fuel oil, and combustion promoting gas in the first zone; producing carbon black by temperature rising in the second zone; supplying steam in the third zone to activate the carbon black; and recovering a part of reaction products of the carbon black in the fourth zone and re-introducing the part of reaction products of the carbon black into the second zone.
