Summary:A water supplying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a water providing unit which stores water to be provided to soil and includes an outlet connected to a water providing route; an adjusting unit of a water providing site which has the other side combined with a water providing unit and maintains the water providing unit while having one side fixed to soil, and additionally adjusts a height of the water providing unit; a water supplying pipe main body which has one side connected to a water providing route, has at least a few part of the other side inserted into soil in which plants are cultivated, stores water provided from a water providing unit and a water providing route and provides soil with water; and a water providing adjusting unit which is provided at a water providing route and is operated according to external force, and thus adjusts quantity of water which is provided to a water supplying pipe main body. A water supplying pipe main body has a top part open inlet which is connected to a water providing route and discharges water stored in the water supplying pipe main body through a porous body which comes in contact with water stored in the water supplying pipe main body, to the outer side of the water supplying pipe main body. An adjusting unit of a water providing site comprises: a maintenance unit which maintains a water providing unit; a fixing unit which has one side inserted and fixed at a soil, and has the other side protruding from soil and extending in a longitudinal direction; and a height adjusting unit which is selectively combined with the maintenance unit and the fixing unit and adjusts a height of the water supplying unit. A height adjusting unit, while having one side combined with a maintenance unit, has the other side combined with a fixing unit in a combination structure capable of moving and being fixed along a longitudinal direction of the fixing unit. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 관수장치는 토양에 공급되는 물을 저장하며, 관수 공급경로에 연결되는 배출구를 갖는 물 공급부, 토양에 일측이 고정된 상태에서 타측이 물 공급부에 결합되어 물 공급부를 지지하며, 물 공급부의 높이가 조절되는 물 공급위치 조절부, 일측이 물 공급부에 관수 공급경로로 연결되며, 타측의 적어도 일부가 식물이 재배되는 토양에 삽입되고, 물 공급부와 관수 공급경로로부터 공급되는 물을 저장하고 토양으로 물을 공급하는 관수관 본체, 그리고 관수 공급경로에 구비되며, 외력에 따라 작동하여 관수관 본체로 공급되는 물의 공급량을 조절하는 물 공급 조절부를 포함하며, 관수관 본체는 상부의 개구된 유입구가 관수 공급경로와 연결되며, 관수관 본체 내에 저장된 물과 접하는 다공성 몸체를 통해 관수관 본체 내에 저장된 물을 관수관 본체의 외부로 배출하고, 물 공급위치 조절부는 물 공급부를 지지하는 지지부, 일측이 토양에 삽입되어 고정되며, 타측이 토양으로부터 돌출되어 길이방향으로 신장되는 고정부, 그리고 지지부와 고정부에 각각 결합되어 물 공급부의 높이를 조절하는 높이 조절부를 포함하며, 높이 조절부는 일측이 지지부에 결합된 상태에서 타측이 고정부의 길이방향을 따라 이동과 고정이 가능한 결합구조로 고정부에 결합된다.
