The present invention relates to a printing medium finishing device, capable of preventing poor sheet alignment with a simple structure, an image forming system, and a printing medium loading device for the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the printing medium loading device comprises a transfer gate moved in accordance with a transfer position of a following recording medium. When the following recording medium is transferred by a transfer roller unit, the transfer gate is overlapped with the rear end of a preceding recording medium loaded in a loading unit, and is placed in a first position to block a contact between the front end of the following recording medium and the rear end of the preceding recording medium. When the front end of the following recording medium passes by the transfer gate to be loaded in the loading unit, the transfer gate is sequentially moved to a second position separated from the preceding and following recording media, a third position crossing a transfer path of the following recording medium and overlapped with the rear end of the following recording medium loaded in the loading unit, and a fourth position closer to a second recording medium than the third position. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 기록매체 적재장치는, 후행 기록매체의 이송 위치에 따라 위치 이동하는 이동 게이트;를 포함하며, 상기 이동 게이트는, 상기 후행 기록매체가 상기 이송 롤러부에 의해 이송될 때, 적재부에 적재된 선행 기록매체의 후단에 중첩되며, 상기 후행 기록매체의 선단과 상기 선행 기록매체의 후단의 접촉을 차단하는 제1 위치에 위치하며, 상기 후행 기록매체의 선단이 상기 이동 게이트를 지나쳐 상기 후행 기록매체가 상기 적재부에 적재될 때, 상기 선행 기록매체 및 상기 후행 기록매체로부터 이격된 제2 위치, 상기 후행 기록매체의 이송경로를 가로질러 배치되며 상기 적재부에 적재된 후행 기록매체의 후단에 중첩된 제3 위치 및 상기 제3 위치보다 상기 제2 기록매체에 가깝게 배치된 제4 위치로 순차적으로 이동할 수 있다.
