The present invention relates to a wall-hanging sealing treatment apparatus which seals and treats waste generated in a bathroom and a living facility of a public facility, and comprises: a main body having a space formed therein, having an inlet part which has a hinge structure in the upper side to be rotated and into which waste is inserted, having a hopper part to prevent the waste inserted into the lower side of the inlet part from being separated to the outside of a main body, and having a discharge part which is formed in a hinge structure to be rotated to discharge the waste to the lower side of one side; a hanger part having a hanging part formed on a wall surface to which the main body is to be installed, and hung and fixed on the hanging part to the other side of the main body where the discharging part is formed; a supply roller having an adhesive tape wound on both sides of the upper part inside the main body to supply the adhesive tape to the inside of the main body, and attaching and sealing the waste inserted through a cover between adhesive tapes supplied to both sides; a moving roller installed on both sides of the lower part of the supply roller to downwardly move the adhesive tape supplied from the supply roller and the waste sealed on the adhesive tape; and a cutting means for cutting the adhesive tape, in which the waste guided by the moving roller is sealed, from the lower side of the main body. 본 발명은 공공시설의 화장실 및 생활시설에서 발생되는 폐기물을 밀봉하여 처리하는 벽걸이용 밀봉 처리장치에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 공간이 구비되며, 상측으로 힌지구조로 회동이 가능하여 폐기물이 인입되는 인입부가 형성되고, 상기 인입부의 하측으로 인입된 폐기물이 본체 외측으로 이탈되지 않도록 호퍼부가 구비되며, 일측 하부로 힌지구조로 회동이 가능하여 밀봉처리된 폐기물이 배출되는 배출부가 형성되는 본체; 상기 본체를 설치하고자 하는 벽면에 걸림부가 형성되고, 상기 배출부가 형성되는 본체 타측으로 걸림부에 걸림되어 고정되는 걸이대; 상기 본체 내부의 상부 양측으로 각각 접착테이프가 권취되어 본체 내부로 접착테이프를 공급하며, 양측으로 공급되는 접착테이프 사이에 덮개를 통해 인입된 폐기물을 부착하여 밀봉하는 공급롤러; 상기 공급롤러의 하부 양측으로 각각 설치되어 공급롤러에서 공급되는 접착테이프 및 접착테이프에 밀봉된 폐기물을 하부로 이동하는 이동롤러; 상기 본체 하측에서 이동롤러에 의해 안내되는 폐기물이 밀봉된 접착테이프를 절단하는 절단수단;이 포함됨을 특징으로 한다.
