Disclosed is an eco-friendly high efficiency sludge drying device which comprises: a treatment housing for housing and treating sludge; an outer frame provided on an upper portion of the treatment housing; an outer cover provided to cover the outer frame and capable of transmitting sunlight; an internal temperature sensor measuring a temperature inside the outer cover; an internal humidity sensor measuring humidity inside the outer cover; an external temperature sensor measuring an external temperature; an external humidity sensor measuring an external humidity; an exhaust fan for ventilation to the inside and outside the outer cover; and a control part controlling driving of the exhaust fan based on measured values measured by the internal temperature sensor, the internal humidity sensor, the external temperature sensor, and the external humidity sensor. 슬러지를 수용하며, 처리하는 처리용 하우징과, 처리용 하우징의 상부에 설치되는 외부 프레임과, 외부 프레임을 덮도록 설치되며, 태양광이 투과가능한 외부 덮개와, 외부 덮개 내부에서의 온도를 측정하는 내부 온도센서와, 외부 덮개 내부의 습도를 측정하는 내부 습도센서와, 외부의 온도를 측정하는 외부 온도센서와, 외부의 습도를 측정하는 외부 습도센서와, 외부 덮개 내외로 환기를 위한 배기팬 및, 내부 온도센서, 내부 습도센서, 외부 온도센서 및 외부 습도센서에서 측정된 측정값을 근거로 배기팬의 구동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 고효율 슬러지 건조장치가 개시된다.
