According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an indoor unit of an air conditioner, which comprises: a main body having a suction hole through which indoor air is absorbed and a discharge hole through which indoor air is discharged; a heat exchanger stored in the main body; a blowing apparatus stored in the main body, absorbing air through the absorption hole, and discharging the air to the discharge hole through the heat exchanger; and absorbing and discharging material absorbing and discharging moisture in at least one air among indoor air absorbed into the absorption hole and air in the main body discharged to the discharge hole. Moreover, the material includes at least one of calcium silicate and zeolite. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 공기 조화기의 실내기는 실내의 공기가 흡입되는 흡입구와, 내부의 공기가 토출되는 토출구가 형성된 본체, 상기 본체의 내부에 수용되는 열교환기, 상기 본체의 내부에 수용되되, 상기 흡입구를 통해 공기를 흡입하고 상기 열교환기를 거쳐 상기 토출구로 토출되게 하는 송풍기 및 상기 흡입구로 흡입되는 실내 공기 및 상기 토출구로 토출되는 상기 본체의 내부의 공기 중 적어도 하나의 공기 중의 수분을 흡수 및 방출하는 흡방습 물질을 포함하고, 상기 흡방습 물질은 규산칼슘 및 제올라이트 중 적어도 하나를 포함한다.
