Summary:The present invention relates to a method for producing recombinant Osmotin protein using insect cells. According to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently produce Osmotin protein by culturing insect cells, Drosophila melanogaster S2 cells transformed with a recombinant expression vector pMT/BiP-Osmotin-Tob-V5-His, pMT/BiP-Osmotin-S2-V5-His, or pMT/BiP-Osmotin-S2 for expression of Osmotin protein containing an Osmotin-Tob DNA base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 or Osmotin-S2 DNA base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2. 본 발명은 곤충세포를 이용한 재조합 오스모틴(Osmotin) 단백질의 생산방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따라 서열번호 1의 Osmotin-Tob DNA 염기서열 또는 서열번호 2의 Osmotin-S2 DNA 염기서열을 포함하는 오스모틴 단백질 발현용 재조합 발현벡터 pMT/BiP-Osmotin-Tob-V5-His, pMT/BiP-Osmotin-S2-V5-His 또는 pMT/BiP-Osmotin-S2로 형질전환된 곤충세포 드로소필라 멜라노개스터 (Drosophila melanogaster) S2 세포를 배양함으로써 오스모틴 단백질을 효율적으로 제조할 수 있다.
