Provided are an apparatus to three-dimensionally visualize a terrain and an object, capable of easily modifying augmented information, and a method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus to three-dimensionally visualize a terrain and an object comprises: a three-dimensional (3D) printing format file generation unit to generate a 3D printing format file based on data corresponding to 3D terrain information and 3D static object information from input data including the 3D terrain information, the 3D static object information, and 3D dynamic object information; a 3D screen generation unit to transmit a control signal corresponding to the 3D printing formation file to a 3D screen generation device to generate a 3D screen corresponding to the 3D printing format file; an image rendering unit to generate an image based on data corresponding to the 3D terrain, 3D static object, and 3D dynamic object information among the input data; and a projection control unit to transmit a control signal corresponding to the image to a projector in order to project the image on the 3D screen. 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 3차원 지형 정보, 3차원 정적 지물 정보 및 3차원 동적 지물 정보를 포함하는 입력 데이터 중 상기 3차원 지형 정보 및 상기 3차원 정적 지물 정보에 상응하는 데이터에 기초하여 3차원 프린팅 포맷 파일을 생성하는 3차원 프린팅 포맷 파일 생성부; 상기 3차원 프린팅 포맷 파일에 상응하는 입체 스크린을 생성하도록 입체 스크린 생성 장치에 상기 3차원 프린팅 포맷 파일에 상응하는 제어 신호를 전송하는 입체 스크린 생성 제어부; 상기 입력 데이터 중 상기 3차원 지형 정보, 상기 3차원 정적 지물 정보 및 상기 3차원 동적 지물 정보에 상응하는 데이터에 기초하여 이미지를 생성하는 이미지 렌더링부; 및 상기 입체 스크린 상에 상기 이미지가 프로젝팅되도록 프로젝터에 상기 이미지에 상응하는 제어 신호를 전송하는 프로젝션 제어부;를 포함하는 3차원 지형 및 지물 가시화 장치를 제공한다.
