The present invention provides a semiconductor device which can be easily manufactured. The semiconductor device comprises: lower conductive patterns vertically separated and laminated on a substrate; a magnetic tunnel junction located on the lower conductive pattern of the uppermost layer among the lower conductive patterns; and an upper conductive line on the magnetic tunnel junction. The lower conductive pattern of the uppermost layer has a first thickness and a first width. The upper conductive line has a second thickness greater than the first thickness and a second width greater than the first width. A second separation distance between the upper conductive line and the lower conductive pattern of the uppermost layer is greater than a first separation distance between the vertically adjacent lower conductive patterns. 본 발명은 반도체 소자에 관한 것으로, 기판 상에 수직적으로 이격되어 적층된 하부 도전 패턴들, 상기 하부 도전 패턴들 중 최상층의 하부 도전 패턴 상에 배치되는 자기 터널 접합 및 상기 자기 터널 접합 상의 상부 도전 라인을 포함하되, 상기 최상층의 하부 도전 패턴은 제1 두께 및 제1 폭을 갖고, 상기 상부 도전 라인은 상기 제1 두께보다 큰 제2 두께 및 상기 제1 폭보다 큰 제2 폭을 갖고, 상기 상부 도전 라인과 상기 최상층의 하부 도전 패턴 사이의 제2 이격 거리는, 수직적으로 서로 인접한 상기 하부 도전 패턴들 사이의 제1 이격 거리보다 큰 반도체 소자가 제공된다.
