A wide angle emission filter includes a base medium, photoresist, and a pigment. The base medium is disposed in a flat shape and includes a material which is transparent and does not generate fluorescence or phosphorescence by excited light. The photoresist is disposed in the base medium and fixed in a solid state by any one or more methods selected from a group consisting of thermal curing, light curing, and drying. The pigment is disposed in the base medium and absorbs light of a certain wavelength. The excited light is primarily filtered by the photoresist. The excited light is secondarily filtered by the pigment.
