Summary:The present invention relates to a microfluidic device which is to mix solutions and has a first chamber connected to a second chamber fluidically connected only with a first chamber through a connecting channel. The present invention further relates to a system and a method. According to the present invention, the solution in the first chamber is forcibly extruded into the second chamber, air trapped into the second chamber is compressed, and then the solution is returned to the first chamber. When returning to the first chamber, the solution exits the connecting channel and causes mixing in the first chamber. 본 발명은 제1 챔버와만 유체적 연통 상태에 있는 제2 챔버에 커넥팅 채널을 통하여 접속되는 제1 챔버를 가지는 마이크로 유체 장치를 구비하여 이루어지는, 용액을 혼합하기 위한 마이크로 유체 장치, 시스템, 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 있어서, 제1 챔버 중의 용액은 제2 챔버 내에 강제적으로 압출되고, 제2 챔버 내로 트랩된 공기가 압축되고, 이어서, 그 용액이 제1 챔버로 되돌려진다. 제1 챔버로 되돌아 올 때, 용액은 커넥팅 채널을 나오고, 그리고 제1 챔버에서의 혼합을 일으킨다.
