The present invention relates to a display device including a mirror cell which can allow light to pass or be reflected. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mirror cell comprises a lower substrate, an upper substrate, a liquid crystal layer and a reactive layer. The lower substrate includes a lower alignment layer and a lower electrode, and the upper substrate faces the lower substrate and includes an upper alignment layer and an upper electrode. The liquid crystal layer is located between the lower alignment layer and the upper alignment layer and includes a cholesteric liquid crystal and a reactive liquid crystal. The reactive layer is located between the upper alignment layer and the liquid crystal layer and is made of a reactive liquid crystal of the same kind as the reactive liquid crystal. 본 발명은 광을 투과 또는 반사시킬 수 있는 미러셀을 포함하는 표시장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 미러셀은 하부기판, 상부기판, 액정층 및 반응성층을 포함한다. 하부기판은 하부 배향막과 하부전극을 포함하고, 상부기판은 하부기판과 대향하며 상부 배향막과 상부전극을 포함한다. 액정층은 하부 배향막과 상부 배향막 사이에 배치되며, 콜레스테릭 액정 및 반응성 액정을 포함한다. 반응성층은 상부 배향막과 액정층 사이에 배치되며, 반응성 액정과 동종의 반응성 액정으로 이루어진다.
