The present invention relates to an operation method in an electronic device. The operation method of an electronic device for controlling a voice signal during a call includes the operations of: receiving the voice signal including a howling component from another electronic device; and outputting the voice signal filtered by a filter determined based on a frequency of the howling component. The filtered voice signal is outputted in a state in which a gain of a frequency band of the howling component is controlled. Accordingly, the present invention can improve call quality by removing howling. 본 발명은 전자 장치에서 하기 위한 것으로, 통화 시 음성 신호를 제어하기 위한 전자 장치의 동작 방법은 다른 전자 장치로부터 하울링(howling) 성분을 포함하는 음성 신호를 수신하는 동작과, 상기 하울링 성분의 주파수에 기초하여 결정된 필터에 의해 필터링된 상기 음성 신호를 출력하는 동작을 포함한다. 상기 필터링된 음성 신호는, 상기 하울링 성분의 주파수 대역의 이득이 조절된 상태로 출력된다.
