Summary: | The present invention relates to a method and system for generating a combinatorial logical network based on gene expression. According to the present invention, in biological network modeling, instead of using the representative value of the expression level of each gene in a plurality of samples, all of the expression levels of each gene in all the samples are reflected, so that more accurate modeling of a target path is possible.
본 발명은 유전자 발현에 기반한 조합 논리 네트워크를 생성하는 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 생물학적 네트워크 모델링에 있어서 복수 개의 시료에서 각 유전자의 발현 수준에 대한 대표값을 사용하는 대신, 모든 시료에서의 각 유전자의 발현 수준을 모두 반영하므로, 대상 경로에 대한 보다 정확한 모델링이 가능하다. |
