The present invention relates to a cosmetic vessel comprising an elastic discharging member, which comprises an impregnation member which is received inside a vessel main body and impregnated with a cosmetic material, and an elastic discharging member which is joined to and surrounds the impregnation member and is formed by a soft material. In particular, the elastic discharging member includes a discharging plate on an upper surface thereof, wherein the discharging plate includes a plurality of discharge openings and includes, on a side surface thereof, a plurality of elastic support ribs continuously formed in the shape of an X. When pressing the discharging plate with a puff, the X-shaped elastic support ribs are elastically compressed, causing the cosmetic material to be discharged through the discharging openings of the discharging plate. According to the present invention, the cosmetic material impregnated in the impregnation member is discharged easily, and since the puff does not come in contact with the impregnation member directly, the cosmetic material impregnated in the impregnation member is protected from contamination. The cosmetic vessel comprising an elastic discharging member of the present invention comprises: a vessel main body which receives a cosmetic material; and a soft elastic discharging member which is joined to the inside of the vessel main body, wherein the elastic discharging member includes a discharging plate having discharging openings at an upper side thereof, and elastic support ribs formed at a lower side of an edge of the discharging plate. 본 발명은 탄력배출부재를 구비한 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 용기본체 내측에 수용되며 화장료가 함침된 함침부재와, 상기 함침부재를 감싸면서 결합되며 연질의 재질로 형성된 탄력배출부재로 이루어지되, 상기 탄력배출부재는 상면에 배출판이 구비되고, 상기 배출판에 다수의 배출구가 구비되며, 측면에 다수의 탄력지지리브가 연속된 'X자' 형태로 형성된 것으로써, 퍼프로 배출판을 가압하면 'X자' 형태로 형성된 탄력지지리브가 탄력적으로 눌려지면서 함침부재의 전체면이 가압되어 상기 배출판의 배출구로 화장료가 토출되는 것으로써, 함침부재에 함침된 화장료가 용이하게 배출되는 동시에 퍼프가 함침부재에 직접 닿지 않아 함침부재에 함침된 화장료를 오염시키지 않도록 된 탄력배출부재를 구비한 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 탄력배출부재를 구비한 화장품 용기는 화장료가 수용되는 용기본체와, 상기 용기본체 내측에 결합되는 연질의 탄력배출부재로 이루어지되, 상기 탄력배출부재는 상부에 배출구가 구비된 배출판과, 상기 배출판의 테두리 하측에는 탄력지지리브가 형성된다.
