Furthermore, the method of preparing the mouse model with fine dust-induced disease can be used to develop a technique for analyzing the disease occurring in the mouse by injecting fine dust into the mouse to induce a condition in the respiratory tract. 본 발명은 석탄재, 플라이애쉬(Fly Ash) 및 디젤연소분진으로 이루어진 미세먼지 혼합물을 생쥐에게 주입하여 호흡기에 병태를 유발시킨 생쥐 모델의 제조방법에 관한 발명이다. 나아가 미세먼지 유도 생쥐 모델의 제조방법은 생쥐에 미세먼지를 주입하여 호흡기에 병태를 유발시킴으로써 생쥐에 나타나는 질환을 분석하는 기술을 개발하는 데 이용할 수 있다.
