Summary:An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention includes an NFC IC including a processor; an NFC antenna configured to generate AC power according to an electromagnetic wave generated from the outside; and at least one protection part configured to transmit the AC power from the NFC antenna to the processor or to block the AC power from being transmitted to the processor. The NFC IC may comprise a control part for controlling the at least one protection part to protect the processor from the AC power. Other embodiments may be possible. It is possible to prevent damage to the NFC IC due to the AC power. 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 전자 장치는 프로세서를 포함하는 NFC IC; 외부에서 발생된 전자기파에 따라 교류 전력이 발생되도록 설정된 NFC 안테나; 및 상기 교류 전력을 상기 NFC 안테나로부터 상기 프로세서로 전송하거나 상기 교류 전력이 상기 프로세서로 전송되는 것을 차단하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 보호부;를 포함하며, 상기 NFC IC는, 상기 적어도 하나의 보호부를 제어하여 상기 교류 전력으로부터 상기 프로세서를 보호하는 제어부; 를 포함할 수 있다. 다른 실시 예도 가능할 수 있다.
