본 발명은 공항 서비스에 이용되는 이동 서비스 단말에 관한 것으로, 해당 이동 서비스 단말은, 사용자 정보를 수집하도록 구성된 수집 유닛; 외부 디바이스와 데이터 상호작용을 진행하도록 구성된 인터페이스 유닛; 수집된 사용자 정보를 기반으로 사용자 신분 인증을 진행하고, 사용자의 신분 정보를 기반으로 외부 데이터 중의 해당 사용자가 속하는 목표 사용자 그룹과 상호 매칭이 되는 서비스 내용을 호출하며, 사용자가 서비스 내용을 접수할 때의 특징 정보를 기반으로 서비스 내용을 조정하도록 구성된, 수집 유닛 및 인터페이스 유닛과 각각 연결되는 처리 유닛; 서비스 내용을 출력하도록 구성된, 처리 유닛과 연결된 출력 유닛을 포함한다. 본 발명은 또한 공항 서비스에 이용되는 이동 서비스 시스템 및 공항 서비스에 이용되는 데이터 처리 방법을 더 제공한다. 본 발명은 사용자에게 개성화의 서비스를 제공하고, 해당 서비스는 사용자의 만족도에 따라 실시간으로 조정하여, 사용자의 만족도를 증가시킨다. A mobile service terminal for airport service is disclosed. The mobile service terminal comprises an information collecting unit (11) configured to acquire user information, an interface unit (12) configured to interact with an external device, a processing unit (13) connected with the information collecting unit and the interface unit and configured to authenticate the identity of a user according to the collected user information, call service content matching a target user group to which the user belongs from the data of external device according to the identity information of the user, and adjust the service content according to characteristic information of the user when the user receives the service content, and an output unit (14) connected with the processing unit and configured to output the service content. The present invention further discloses a mobile service system for airport services and a data processing method for airport services. According to the present invention, personalized services can be provided to users, the services can be adjusted in real time according to the intention of users, thus improving user's satisfaction.
