A method for generating a customized application and a server device thereof are provided. As the method performed in the server device operated by at least one processor, the method includes the steps of: connecting to a terminal via a network; confirming a tenant to which the terminal belongs; and transmitting an application resource set in the tenant to the terminal, wherein the application resource configures the customized application executed in the terminal.
