Summary:The present invention relates to a composite preparation for efficiently treating type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia in a patient with diabetes. More specifically, the present invention is to efficiently control blood glucose and reduce risk factors in cardiovascular diseases by providing a composite preparation containing gemigliptin as a peptidase IV inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in addition to rosuvastatin as an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 본 발명은 제2형 당뇨병 및 당뇨 환자의 이상지질혈증을 효율적으로 치료하기 위한 복합제제에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 펩티다아제 IV 억제제인 제미글립틴 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염 및 HMG-CoA 환원효소 억제제인 로수바스타틴 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는 복합제제를 제공함으로써 효율적으로 혈당조절 및 심혈관계 질환 위험인자 개선을 하기 위한 것에 관한 것이다.
