Summary:The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for separating and collecting carbon dioxide. If an amount of carbon dioxide dissolved in liquid, as a hydrazine aqueous solution reacts with carbon dioxide in the gaseous phase to absorb carbon dioxide, exceeds a specific value, a liquid-liquid phase separation takes place, divided into an upper layer capable of additionally absorbing and a lower layer in which absorption is saturated. By applying the phenomenon, it is possible to maximize absorption efficiency by reducing regenerated energy of an absorbent. The aqueous solution in the upper layer capable of additionally absorbing carbon dioxide is then recirculated to an absorption tower, and the aqueous solution in a lower layer is solely sent to a regeneration tower, thereby reducing energy consumed in regenerating the absorbent while improving overall absorption efficiency. 본 발명은 히드라진 수용액이 기상의 이산화탄소와 반응하여 이산화탄소를 흡수하며 액상에 녹아있는 이산화탄소의 양이 일정한 값을 넘으면 추가 흡수가 가능한 상층과 흡수 포화 현상을 나타내는 하층으로 액체-액체 상분리가 일어나는 현상을 활용하여 흡수제 재생에너지를 절감하며 흡수효율을 최대화하는 이산화탄소 분리 회수 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 이산화탄소를 더 흡수할 수 있는 상층 수용액은 흡수탑으로 재순환시키고, 하층 수용액만 재생탑으로 보내기 때문에 흡수제 재생에 소비되는 에너지를 절감하여 전체적인 흡수효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
