The present invention relates to an ankle rehabilitating apparatus capable of rehabilitating a patient having a muscular pain in a foot due to a neurological disease through vertical elevating stretching and varus and valgus stretching. The present invention includes: a base frame supporting a patient so that the patient is able to stand, sit, and lie; a first plate installed in the base frame, and having an axial rotation structure to elevate a toe part; a second plate installed inside the first plate to enable the patient to exercise the varus and valgus of the sole of a foot of the patient to elevate a lateral part of the sole by having an axial rotation structure; an operating unit for operating the first and second plates; a power delivering unit for delivering power from the operating unit to the first and second plates; a control unit controlling the operating unit to stretch the ankle and sole; and an electric stimulation generating unit controlled by the control unit to apply electric stimulation to the muscles of the ankle. 본 발명은 신경계 환자의 발 부위의 질환에 따른 근육을 상하 승강 스트레칭 및 내반 외반 스트레칭을 통해 재활 치료할 수 있는 하지 재활장치에 관한 것으로, 환자가 서거나 앉거나 누울 수 있도록 환자를 지지하는 베이스 프레임; 상기 베이스 프레임에 설치되고, 발가락 부위가 승강되도록 축 회동 가능한 구조를 가지는 제1 플레이트; 환자 발바닥의 내반 및 외반 운동이 가능하도록 상기 제1 플레이트 내측에 설치되어 발바닥의 측면 부위가 승강되도록 축 회동 가능한 구조를 가지는 제2 플레이트; 상기 제1 및 제2 플레이트를 구동시키기 위한 구동수단; 상기 구동수단에 의한 동력을 상기 제1 및 제2 플레이트에 전달하기 위한 동력전달수단; 상기 구동수단을 제어하여 발목 및 발바닥을 스트레칭시키기 위한 제어수단; 및 상기 제어수단에 의해 제어되어 상기 하지의 근육에 전기자극을 가하기 위한 전기자극 발생수단을 포함한다.
