Summary:An optical fiber comprises: a glass fiber; and a coated resin layer covering the glass fiber, wherein the coated resin layer has a primary resin layer and a secondary resin layer, and the primary resin layer contains a cured product of a resin composition containing an oligomer, a monomer and a photopolymerization initiator. The oligomer is a reaction product of a polyol compound, a polyisocyanate compound, and a hydroxyl-group containing (meth)acrylate compound. The proportion of primary hydroxyl group in the hydroxyl groups of the polyol compound is 3.5% or less, and the Young′s modulus of the secondary resin layer at -40°C is at least 1780 MPa. 광섬유 심선은, 유리섬유와, 유리섬유를 덮는 피복 수지층을 구비하고, 피복 수지층이, 1차 수지층과 2차 수지층을 갖고, 1차 수지층이, 올리고머, 모노머 및 광중합 개시제를 함유하는 수지 조성물의 경화물을 포함하고, 올리고머가, 폴리올 화합물과, 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물과, 수산기 함유 (메타)아크릴레이트 화합물의 반응 생성물이고, 폴리올 화합물이 갖는 수산기 중 1급 수산기의 비율이 3.5% 이하이고, 2차 수지층의 -40℃에서의 영률이 1780㎫ 이상이다.
