Summary:Disclosed are a seamless adhesive underwear and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing the seamless adhesive underwear of the present invention comprises the following steps: cutting a fabric for underwear in a 3D form; attaching a soft fabric to the inside of the underwear, which is a part being in direct contact with the scrotum or pubes of a wearer; heat treating the part being in direct with the scrotum or the pubes by using a three-dimensional heating plate molded like a human curved line to make a spacious space; and connecting remaining portions except for the heat-treated part by using an adhesive instead of sewing one fabric and another fabric. As a result, it is possible provide visually clean esthetic feeling and comfortable wearing sensation. 봉제선이 없는 접착 속옷 및 이의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 무봉제 접착 속옷 제조방법은, 속옷용 원단을 3D형태로 재단하는 단계; 착용자의 음낭 또는 음부와 직접적으로 접촉되는 부분인 속옷 내측에 부드러운 원단을 덧대어 접착하는 단계; 상기 음낭 또는 음부에 직접적으로 접촉되는 부분을 인체 곡선과 유사하게 성형된 3차원 열판을 사용하여 열처리하고, 넉넉한 공간을 만드는 단계; 및 상기 열처리한 부분을 제외한 나머지 부분을 연결하되, 원단과 원단을 봉제 대신 접착제를 사용하여 연결하는 단계를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 시각적으로 깔끔한 미감과 편안한 착용감을 제공한다.
