Summary:The present invention relates to a convex grill for roasters, comprising: an outer frame placed on the roaster; an inner frame coupled to the inside of the outer frame while being spaced apart as far as a space for oil release; and a plurality of meat loading bars coupled to the inner frame side by side at regular intervals. The plurality of meat loading bars is coupled while the height thereof gradually gets lower from a center of the inner frame toward an edge. In addition, as a cross-section of the plurality of meat loading bars is dent to guide oil released from meat to an oil release space. 본 발명은 로스터용 볼록 석쇠에 관한 것으로서, 상기 로스터의 상부에 안착되는 외부프레임과; 상기 외부프레임의 내부에 기름배출공간만큼 이격되게 결합되는 내부프레임과; 상기 내부프레임에 나란하게 일정간격으로 결합되는 복수개의 고기적재바를 포함하되, 상기 복수개의 고기적재바는 상기 내부프레임의 가운데 영역으로부터 테두리영역을 향해 높이가 점차 낮아지게 결합되며, 상기 복수개의 고기적재바는 단면이 함몰형성되어 고기로부터 배출된 기름을 상기 기름배출공간으로 안내하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
