Summary: | The present invention provides an oxide phosphor having excellent structural stability, excellent luminescence brightness in red, and a new crystal structure which is easy to enhance luminescence brightness, and a light emitting device and a display device using the same. The oxide phosphor according to the present invention comprises a matrix containing at least Li, Rb, Ge, and O and an activator dissolved in the matrix, wherein the activator may have at least one rare earth element selected from a group comprising Mn, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Tb, Ho, Er, Tm and Yb.
본 발명은 구조 안정성이 우수하고 적색에서 발광 휘도가 우수하며, 발광 휘도의 개선에 용이한 새로운 결정구조를 갖는 산화물계 형광체와 이를 이용한 발광 장치 및 디스플레이 장치를 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 산화물계 형광체는 적어도 Li, Rb, Ge, 및 O를 함유하는 모체와 모체에 고용된 부활제를 포함하며, 부활제는 Mn, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Tb, Ho, Er, Tm 및 Yb으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 희토류 원소를 가질 수 있다. |
